Prohibited Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities or purposes. Activities such as racing, rallying, off-roading, or any other dangerous maneuvers are prohibited. Transporting hazardous materials is not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is strictly forbidden. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is unacceptable. The vehicle should not be used for purposes it was not intended for, nor should it exceed specified passenger or weight limits. Driving outside the agreed geographical boundaries requires prior authorization.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
Limitation of Responsibility
To the fullest extent allowed by the laws of England and Wales, Car Hire Ballymena is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our liability for any claims will not exceed the total amount paid for your rental in the previous 12 months. This limitation does not apply to cases of negligence leading to death or personal injury, or fraud.
